Privacy Policy
10x Engine (“10x Engine”, “we”) is a product of BIAMI.io, a company in the United Kingdom (“BIAMI”). BIAMI is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: ask@biami.io.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and profile picture, received when you sign in with Google.
- Google Drive and Sheets data: only the spreadsheets you choose with the Google Picker, and their contents.
- Campaign data: the lists, campaigns and settings you create or import in 10x Engine.
- Launch partner applications: the work email, LinkedIn URL and message you submit on our website.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and reliability.
2. How we use Google user data
We request these Google permissions:
- Sign in (openid, email, profile): to create your account and sign you in.
- Google Drive and Google Sheets (with Google Picker): so you can select a spreadsheet and add it as a list within a campaign. We access only the files you select, and use their contents only to provide that feature to you.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generative AI or machine-learning models. Humans at BIAMI do not read your Google data unless you ask for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
10x Engine’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, with your consent where you give it (for example, Google permissions), and to meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that host and operate 10x Engine and our website (such as cloud hosting and form handling), under data protection terms, and where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Imported spreadsheet contents are deleted when you delete the list or your account. You can revoke 10x Engine’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have your data deleted, email ask@biami.io; we act within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
7. Your rights
Under UK and EU GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing. Email ask@biami.io. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
